“Hahaha that’s me,” she wrote alongside a screenshot of her winnings. “And (husband) Tanner (Tolbert) told me I shouldn’t play DK Metcalf!

Soon after, she sent out another tweet, still sounding shocked about the big win.

“Doesn’t even feel real over here,” she wrote to a fan. “Officially speechless. LIKE WHAAAAAAAAT.”

According to various reports, Roper and her husband separately entered the Draft Kings Millionaire Maker daily fantasy contest, in which they selected a lineup of players from the 4 NFL Wild Card games that were played over the past weekend. However, many seem to think that it might have taken more than pure luck for her and her husband, who appeared as a contestant on Season 7 of The Bachelorette, to win the big prize. In fact, Draft Kings are said to be looking into the situation further, with many saying the couple cheated based on how many entries were submitted in total.

And yes, Roper doesn’t sound too happy about these allegations.

“We respect that Draft Kings feels they must do their due diligence in regard to Jade winning their $1-million-dollar prize for the fantasy contest for the NFL’s wild-card round this weekend,” the couple, who met on season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise said in a joint statement that was reported on by TMZ Tuesday (Jan. 7.) “Though we must ponder, would the questions, accusations and curiosity about this win be the same if the winner had been male and someone who wasn’t already in the public eye? It is incredibly important for us to establish that Jade’s win is nothing more than pure luck and we are confident that Draft Kings will determine the same.”
