Jennifer Lopez Says She Feels Like Superwoman While Showing Off Her Insane Muscles and We’re Here For It

-

I don’t know about you, but I’m thoroughly convinced that Jennifer Lopez doesn’t age— and if she does, she’s doing it with a superhuman amount of grace.

J-Lo’s schedule has been filled to the brim lately as she finishes out her Las Vegas residency, with 15 shows in the span of 27 days— but that’s not stopping her from being her happiest, healthiest self.

“Feeling like superwoman after the show tonight,” Jennifer shared on Instagram along with a picture of her showing off her insane muscles. “When I started this run I thought omg 15 shows in 27 days that’s a lot… but I made a promise to myself that instead of letting it wear me down I would be even stronger at the end of it…I will work out and be in the best shape of my life… There were moments I was tired and there was travel and I had to fit in my workouts where I could… but here we are with only 3 shows left!! And I am having so many emotions but mostly just feeling strong, happy and grateful!!!”

We’d say she nailed it.

Jennifer, 49, recently received the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the 2018 MTV VMAs.

“I grew up in the MTV era,” she said of the honor. “I was watching all the way back from Tina Turner, Bruce Springsteen and Madonna and Janet [Jackson] and Michael [Jackson], all of them. They were my inspirations to get into the music business, to do what I did. Their videos inspired me to do the videos I did. Now, to be 20 years in and here and winning this award, it’s just mind-blowing.”
