More often than not, I’m totally on board with the stars! They’re just like us schtick. But, every now and then you hear a quote or see something that kind of makes you realize– stars! They’re only sometimes just like us. Currently, I’m feeling that way about Jessica Biel.
During a recent interview with “Extra,” Jessica was sharing what it was like to be on the road with husband Justin Timberlake and son Silas. First, she shared what is a pretty decent plug for JT’s Man of the Woods Tour, “It’s wild and late nights… it’s fun and it’s challenging and amazing the energy that gets transferred from Justin and the band to the audience and back. It’s just a powerful experience.”
Okay, cool, that’s a nice thing to say about a concert.
Through no fault of her own, Jessica was then served up the question– “do you ever forget that he is who is he when you see perform and think ‘damn, that’s my guy’?”
At first, her answer was sweet and then it took a turn, “All the time! All the time I’m looking at him and I’m like, ‘Who is that guy?’ It’s wild. He’s magic. There’s a part of the show where lasers come down. Every time I see him in those lasers, I’m like, ‘He’s so hot!’ Everybody should see their partner in lasers. It’s, like, the greatest thing ever.”
Everybody should see their partner in lasers. It’s, like, the greatest thing ever.
Next, she’s going to say that everyone should get to see their partner perform during halftime at the Super Bowl. Where does a normal person just get lasers?
Here’s a bird’s eye view of what it’s like to be Jessica while Justin Timberlake is on stage:
But, gosh– they sure are pretty together.
