It’s been years since Jon and Kate Gosselin appeared together on TLC’s “Jon and Kate Plus 8.” Since their split, the two have had a tumultuous relationship as they worked out an agreement for raising their 8 kids: Sextuplets Aaden, Hannah, Collin, Joel, Leah, and Alexis (14), as well as twins Cara and Madelyn (18).

According to E! News, Jon was just granted temporary sole legal and physical custody of 14-year-old Collin Gosselin, who has reportedly been living in an out-of-state educational program since 2016.

Back in November, Collin visited Jon for the first time in three years.  “Collin came up for the weekend. It was his first visit in three years. He stayed with me,” he told E! at the time.

E! reports that Jon initially filed for full legal custody of Collin in October.

In April, it was reported that Kate Gosselin would be returning to TLC for a new show about her love life, called “Kate Plus Date.”

“It was very apparent, now that (the kids) are older and talking about dating and how they’re all gonna get married someday,” Gosselin told People of the new series. “It became apparent: they want someone for me,” Gosselin said. “They want me to have somebody in my life.”
