In fact, Cuoco shared on her Instagram that she ended up having to undergo shoulder surgery just days after the wedding.

“When your ‘honeymoon’ is shoulder surgery and your husband looks just as happy lol on the road to recovery,” the actress captioned a hospital selfie on Instagram Thursday (July 6.) “Thank you for all the love and support! knowing @mrtankcook I’m sure he will be posting tons of hilarious gems.”

Indeed, it wasn’t long before Cook also shared some of his own pics from his side of the bed.  “Everyone has their own version of a newlywed glow….well @normancook yours is memorable #shouldersurgeryhoneymoon.”

The couple’s hysterical honeymoon journey was also included on Cuoco’s Instagram story, as she pleaded for her new hubby to fix her post-op hair. “All I’m asking for is a top knot ponytail because I can’t,” she said in the series of small videos. “No, I want a top knot bun, please don’t mess this up,”
