Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson are arguably one of the best mother-daughter duos in Hollywood— and their latest trip to “The Ellen Show” is here to prove it.
Kate, who is pregnant with her third child, started off the interview by telling Ellen she’s probably never had anyone “this pregnant” on her show. “My water could go any second,” she joked.
She then shared the story of her last delivery of her son Bingham in 2011, saying her labor lasted 18 hours— and her mom wasn’t exactly the most helpful.
“I got hungry!” Goldie told Ellen. “She was in the stirrups and everything and was dilated. So I said, ‘I’m really hungry, I’m just going to come back,’ I came back with pizza and Doritos.”
Kate then said that wasn’t even the best part. “The best part was when mom called me when I was in labor and said, ‘I’m was about to take a swim and then I was going to have a massage. How long do you think you’re going to be laboring?’ And I was like, ‘I don’t know, mom!’ I’m like calling the nurse going, ‘Do you know how long I’m going to be laboring? My mom wants to swim.’”
