Kim Kardashian-West and Kanye West recently announced the arrival of their third child, a daughter, via surrogate. In announcement they shared, “Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl, We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.”
Obviously, the glaring omission from the announcement was the baby’s name. Just after the announcement of the birth, Kim posted an up-close photo of a Louis Vuitton bag to Instagram. Immediately, everyone assumed this was a clue to the baby’s name.
I want to believe Kim and Kanye did not name their baby Louis Vuitton, but maybe are saying the baby’s initials are L.V. Or, maybe the baby is name Louise. A quick search of both star’s family history reveal no family names with those initials.
Is Elvie a name? Could it be Elvie?
Also, Kim’s dad, Robert Kardashian, carried a Louis Vuitton bag away from the OJ Simpson crime scene after the murder of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman. Kim told British GQ in 2016 she knew where it was, “I remember I went through it. The news was like, ‘Where is this Louis Vuitton bag?’ and I’m like, ‘Oh, it’s upstairs.'”
