The Voice” has been off to a great start so far, and with blind auditions coming to a close, the coaches are being more and more picky about which artists they turn their chairs for.

17-year-old Kentucky native Livia Faith took the stage to sing her own arrangement of The Mamas and Papas’ “Dream a Little Dream of Me,” and to say her voice was incredible would do her a major injustice. I’ll admit, I was shocked to hear that voice come out of her– especially after hearing her sweet southern accent in her pre-roll.

Kelly was the first to turn her chair with Blake right on her tail. Alicia turned right before the performance was over, giving Livia three incredible options for coaches.

Ultimately, Livia chose to go with Alicia Keys as her coach, despite the fact that she said she would “squeal if Blake Shelton turned his chair”– but I absolutely cannot wait to see what she performs next.
