For the first time in eight months, Olivia Jade posted a YouTube video and shared some thoughts to her millions of fans.
“This is the best I can do and I want to move on with my life,” she said, looking somewhat timid as she faced the camera once again. “It’s so hard because I’m not trying to make this about me or how I’ve been because that’s not the point of this. Though I’m terrified to make this video and to come back, I know that I also want to start taking smaller steps in the right direction.”
Olivia Jade refrained from saying much in the video about the situation surrounding both her mom and her dad Mossimo Giannulli, who both have been charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery in an effort to get their daughters into prestigious colleges.
“There’s no point in me just talking for 10 minutes to the camera about how I wish I could say something when I really can’t, so I’m gonna leave it at that,” she said. “Thank you so much for your patience or if you’ve stuck around for nine months just waiting, I really appreciate it. This is the best I can do and I want to move on with my life.”
