While Toy Story 4 won’t be out till this summer, the movie is already bringing on the emotion courtesy of the movie’s stars. Take for example Tim Allen’s tweet on Wednesday (Jan. 30,) whose words were enough to get us tearing up.
“Finished my Buzz for Toy Story 4 today and it got emotional,” wrote Allen, who is known best for lending his voice to the role of Buzz Lightyear in the Toy Story line of movies. “Wonderful full body story. You are all going to love the work this incredible team at Pixar created. We are all going to love this story….man its got everything.”

His Toy Story 4 co-star Tom Hanks also reflected on the last day of filming via an Instagram post that showed Hanks in the recording studio.
“Final line, final session as Woody of Toy Story 4,” wrote Hanks, who plays Sheriff Woody. “We rode like the wind, to infinity and beyond.”
Other artists whose talents will be showcased in Toy Story 4 include Annie Potts playing the character of Bo Peep and Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele playing carnival toys Ducky and Bunny.
In a recent interview with Jimmy Fallon, Tim Allen shared that the reading the ending of Toy Story 4 on the script made him emotional. “I read it and I had to turn around from reading it in the studio, it was so emotional. It’s a ‘Scarlett, I don’t give a damn’ moment,” he said.
Toy Story 4 is expected to hit theaters this summer.
