A year and a half after filing for divorce from her husband David Beador, Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador has reached a pretty comfy settlement.
The 55-year-old mother of three will receive $1.4 million and $10,000 a month in support from David. That is broken down into $2,935 a month for child support and $7,065 for spousal support. In documents obtained by the Blast, The couple has agreed to share legal and physical custody of their three daughters, Sophie, 17, and twins Stella and Adeline, 14.
“By way of illustration, the monthly child support effective May 1, 2019 shall be $2,935, and therefore Respondent shall pay Petitioner $7,065 per month in spousal support — making the combined support payment $10,000,” stated in the document. “It is the parties’ bargained-for agreement for this stipulated order that Respondent shall pay Petitioner $10,000 per month in combined child and spousal support for ten (10) years, and no more and no less than the $10,000 per month in combined child and spousal support.”
The documents state that Shannon gets to keeps the 2015 Cadillac Escalade, a 2018 BMW 7 Series sedan, bank accounts and her entertainment company.
David gets the property in Corona, Calif, his construction business, a 1998 Ford Expedition, a 2008 Ford Explorer, a 2011 Land Rover Range Rover, a 2017 BMW XS, a 2018 Ford Raptor Truck and a 2018 Porsche Carrera Turbo.
Each gets to keep the household furniture and furnishings presently in their possession. In addition, David has agreed to pay Shannon a one-time sum of $1.4 million “to equalize the division of community property as set forth herein,” according to the document.
Shannon and David had been married for 17 years and split in 2017 with Shannon filing for divorce in December 2017.
