Any competitor on America’s Got Talent knows it can be quite a challenge to receive the almighty golden buzzer from the judges, which instantly means that they are going to the next round of the talent competition show. But two golden buzzers? Well, that just hasn’t happened before, until now.

On the Monday, January 21 episode of AGT: The Champions, 11-year-old Angelica Hale received her second golden buzzer thanks to her breathtaking performance of Rachel Platten’s hit “Fight Song.” The little powerhouse once again showed off her insane vocals on the uplifting song, propelling AGT judge Howie Mandel to push his golden buzzer yet again.

Fans will recall that back in Season 12, Hale also received the golden buzzer from guest judge Chris Hardwick for another near-perfect performance.

“This is a dream come true!” Hale said in an interview with People magazine. “When I found out that I was actually the first person to get two Golden Buzzers, I was just shocked! Oh my gosh! It really is so surreal.”

After finishing runner-up to Darci Lynne Farmer back in 2017, Hale sounds as if she is ready to finally take the top prize this year.

“I wanted to send a message, telling [judges and fans] this is my fight song and I can put up a fight,” she said. “I’m going to fight for my place on Champions.”
