James Corden and Ashton Kutcher Go Head-to-Head in “Drop The Mic” Rap Battle

Famed talk show host James Corden has sung plenty a song as part of his always popular ‘Carpool Karaoke,’ but seldom has he shown off his rapping skills…until now. During the Tuesday episode of “The Late Late Show,” Corden took on actor Ashton Kutcher during what would end up being an epic “Drop the Mic” throw down.

“I heard I was battling an A-list hunk, but when I saw Ashton Kutcher, I knew I was getting Punk’d,” Corden started things off with. “You haven’t had a hit movie since 2002. You were so bad in Jobs even Siri won’t talk to you. You do great charity work, year after year. Want to save something from dying? Start with your career.”

Corden didn’t stop there, as he continued with a barrage of insults for the actor. “Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve are movies you fumbled, you ruined more holidays than a Trump-loving uncle,” he rapped. “You joined Two and a Half Men when producers intervened. It’s the only time people thought, ‘Man I miss Charlie Sheen.’ You invested all your money in technology and apps. Hell, I’d do the same thing if I knew I couldn’t act.”

Of course, it’s all in good fun…and yep, it makes for some awesome television, doesn’t it?
