Chris Harrison Said This Season of “The Bachelorette” Features the Biggest Fight in the Show’s History

If Chris Harrison isn’t the most over-dramatic man to ever appear on television I don’t know who is. The guy constantly makes over-the-top claims about “The Bachelor/ette” and he’s not done yet.

While doing press for ABC at the network’s upfront presentation, Harrison shared that they are officially done shooting Becca Kurfin’s season, “We are done. I know everything. We just wrapped …and May 28 is our premiere. It’s right around the corner. It’s so damn good. It’s such a great season. She’s a great bachelorette, the guys are great, the drama’s there, the tears, the ridiculous arguments. It’s good, it’s really good.”

But, he didn’t stop there. No, he promised the biggest, most ridiculous fight ever, “I don’t know, they’re up there. Maybe the most ridiculous fight you’ve ever seen in the history of our show, which is saying a lot… It’s just magnificent to watch. It’s going to be one of those [seasons where] you’re watching through your fingers because you’re embarrassed for everybody involved but you can’t stop watching.”

Harrison has clearly forgotten that Arie Luyendyk Jr. broke up with Kurfin on TV, then proposed to another woman on TV, in front of her, just a few months ago. How was that not the biggest fight ever?

Harrison also promised big arrivals from the guys vying for Kurfin’s heart and it does look like a gospel choir was involved at some point, so he’s not lying about that.
