Move over Lori Loughlin…Jeff Lewis might soon be finding himself in the middle of an admissions scandal of his own.
On Tuesday (Oct. 1,) the former Flipping Out star went on his SiriusXM show Jeff Lewis Live to reveal that he had made a ‘donation’ to get and his ex partner Gage Edward’s daughter Monroe into a new preschool.
“I did get her into a new school but I did have to pull a Lori Loughlin and make a donation,” he admitted. “I mean, I didn’t have anyone take a test for her, you know. I didn’t do anything like that. Everyone is like, ‘How did you get her in school so quickly?’ and I’m like ‘I don’t know, I guess they just had a space!’ Well I sponsored the carnival, that’s how it happened.”

The Loughlin reference has to do with the actress’ involvement in the college admissions scandal in which she allegedly paid to get her daughters into the University of Southern California.
Lewis’ confession quickly raised some eyebrows, with talk show guest and former Real Housewives of New York City star Jill Zarin saying that Lewis should have probably kept that information to himself.
“That never happened, that didn’t happen,” Lewis then followed up, sarcastically.
Jeff’s two-year-old daughter was expelled from her previous school due to some comments her daddy had also made on the air.
“Apparently I’ve mentioned a few things about the school on air,” Lewis said, later apologizing about his words. “I take full responsibility. … I am really, really sorry. I feel terrible about what happened. I know how it has affected Monroe. I will never do this again.”
