Jennifer Lopez and Jimmy Fallon Go Head-to-Head With Epic Dance Moves

Jennifer Lopez stopped by “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon” Friday night to talk about receiving the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the MTV VMA’s broadcasting live from New York’s Radio City Music Hall on Aug. 20.

As only Jimmy can, the late night host got Jennifer to participate in a segment called Dance Break Interview.  During the interview, the band will start playing at certain times and the host and interviewee must stop talking and get up and dance. A great challenge for JLo, who is known for her dance moves and is judge on NBC’s “World of Dance.”

The two began talking about her favorite music video of all time, which she revealed as Janet Jackson’s “Pleasure Principal” video. Just then the dance break occurred and Jimmy and JLo got . up and danced, only to resume the interview immediately following.

In the second dance break, Jennifer didn’t know which of her songs the band was playing so ended up confusing dances.

“That was a fail,” Jennifer said. “Because I thought you playing ‘On the Floor,’ and you were playing ‘El Anillo.’ I cannot recognize my own songs. This is sad. Oh My God, what are we doing with our lives?”

Jennifer’s life is looking pretty good to us.
