After taking “The Voice” fans by surprise with his performance of “Despacito” during blind auditions, Jorge Eduardo continues to make a name for himself in this competition.

During the second night of battle rounds, Jorge Eduardo and Amber Sauer (members of #TeamKelly) battled each other with Hailee Steinfeld’s hit song “Starving.” Jorge, who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico, decided to throw a little Spanish into the mix, even having Amber join him on a full Spanish verse.

Overall, their performance was incredible and put such a fun twist on the song– but coach Kelly Clarkson decided to pick Jorge has the winner (though she said seeing Amber leave made her sick to her stomach). I can’t wait to see what else Jorge can bring to this competition and how he continues to add a fun twist to the songs he performs.
