If you’re one of the lucky souls out there that’s never had to turn to the Internet to find a date, you are one of the few people who is allowed to use the #blessed hashtag. Internet dating works, but it’s also not for the weak.
Recently, Facebook announced they would be launching a dating feature, with Mark Zuckerberg saying, “If we’re focused on helping people build meaningful relationships, then this is perhaps the most meaningful of all. This is going to be for building real long-term relationships, not just for hookups.”
But, there’s one single woman who will not be using it– Leslie Jones.
Jones took to Weekend Update on “Saturday Night Live” to share a few of her real-life dating stories with the world, which served as a warning for those who might try Facebook’s dating feature.
Jones shared she once bought groceries for a man who still lived at home with his mom and the mom told her she could do better. She also went on a date with a homeless man and she found out he was homeless because he had an ironing board and toaster in his car.
After the show, Jones shared on Instagram, “And yes every one of those stories are true!! Shit we even cut some lol for time sake!! Lol man all I can say is I have lived!!”
