“Property Brothers'” Drew Scott Shares Sweet Serenade for New Bride Linda Phan

-

TLC’s Property Brothers Drew Scott had to know that he was truly sealing the deal when he
offered up a musical gift to his bride-to-be, Linda Phan, on their wedding day, and in a new
music video, we get to witness that magical moment.

Most music-loving females would agree that one of the most romantic things they can imagine is
having a song written for you by someone they love. No matter how complex or simple, this
gesture of romance is sure to be met with heavy sighs, tender tears, and unyielding love.

Performances from Drew and shots of the couple are interspersed with emotional images of
Linda and her bridesmaids hearing the song for the first time and blotting tears. It culminates
with footage from the actual wedding where the roles are reversed and Drew is wiping tears
from his eyes.

Drew wrote “You Chose Me” with Victoria Shaw (“The River”) and engineer Chad Carlson, and
presented it to Linda as a gift prior to their walk down the aisle. In an interview with TLC, Drew said he was inspired to write the song because “Linda is the most amazing woman I have ever met and I wanted to write a song to truly express how much I love her.”

Drew and Linda tied the knot on May 12 in an elegant outdoor ceremony in Italy. Drew and
brother, Jonathan, gave a nod to their Scottish roots wearing traditional kilts for the ceremony,
while Linda was resplendent in a complimentary gown by Claire Pettibone for the wedding and a
romantic lace Pettibone dress for the reception…perfect for dancing!

TLC shared Drew and Linda’s wedding day festivities on June 2, but check your local television
listings to see when it will re-air in your market.
