A few days after the death of Bachelorette alum Tyler Cameron’s mother, Andrea was announced, the cause of death has been revealed.
Tyler and his two brothers, Austin and Ryan shared the news with the Palm Beach Post, revealing that it was a brain aneurysm that took their mother’s life.
“She was super supportive,” Tyler told the newspaper. “But what was so amazing … she was supportive for (Bachelorette Hannah Brown) and everyone else who was a part of that show but she was also supportive to the random fans.”
The boys went on to share of what a great person their mom was. A person who went out of her way to help others. She was a loving mom who was there for her three sons as they were growing up. A real estate agent in Florida, Andrea used her time to give back by volunteering to fundraise for local organizations, including the Pearl Mae Foundation, which helps people who need financial assistance for life’s basic necessities.
Early last week, Tyler had to cancel an appearance on Good Morning America due to a family emergency and asked his fans for prayers for his mom. After news broke that Andrea had passed away, Tyler spoke out about his mom on social media.
“Today heaven gained an angel,” he wrote alongside a picture of his mother’s hand in her hospital bed. “We will love and miss our mother dearly. She will live on through us and through those that she has had an impact on. While we grieve, we ask for two things. First, tell those you love that you love them; and second, please let us take this time to celebrate her life in private. Thank you for all of your love and support.”
Andrea was 55 years old.
