It’s unclear whether it was Bravo’s decision or Vicki chose to have less of a role on the show, but either way, the housewife is taking a positive stance on the decision. In a post on Instagram, Vicki shared pics from the latest Bravo shoot with friends Shannon Beador and Tamara Judge.

“For the past 14 years I’ve opened up my life, my loves, my ups and downs on The Real Housewives of Orange County and I am proud to be the “OG of the OC”,” She wrote in the post. “I am back again this season right in the middle of the action in a different role. I hope you have as much fun watching the show as I did living it in front of the cameras. Stay tuned to Bravo August 6th for more of the Tres Amigas.”

Friend and co-star Tamra Judge commented on Vicki’s post saying, “We wont let you leave …..ever❤️.” And the show’s creator Andy Cohen chimed in saying, “Vicki you ARE the OC. Here’s to another 14 years….. #OGofOC.”

Vicki recently announced her engagement to her boyfriend, Steve Lodge, in April. She began her run on RHOC in 1994 as an original castmate along with Kimberly Bryant, Jo De La Rosa, Jeana Keough and Lauri Waring. Vicki is the longest running housewife in all franchises, with 13 seasons under her belt.
