“I tore my ACL shredding the gnar⛷ 😕 but all is good,” Zac wrote.
For those of us not familiar with the term, shredding the gnar, according to the urban dictionary, is an extreme snow sporting term meaning to go big, never stop or give up; accept the reality that anything is possible, and everything can be accomplished if you set your mind to it.
Good for Zac, we think.
“I opted for surgery so I can come back stronger than ever,” he continued. “Thank you to Dr. Kvitne and his team at Kerlan-Jobe Surgery Center. I’ll keep you updated as I heal and progress! Thanks for all the love and positivity!”
Accompanied with the message, Zac shared a photo of himself laid up int he hospital with his leg wrapped in a brace. The incident looks painful, but we’re hoping that Zac makes a full recovery.
We weren’t the only ones. Zac fans came out in droves to wish the actor well.
“Hope you’ll heal fast 🔥❤️,” wrote one fan.
“Dude! Get well soon buddy ❤️😀👍,” olyfitness added.
Get well soon, Zac!
