To celebrate the 1-year-anniversary of his debut album, Montevallo, Sam Hunt invited a few thousand of his closest friends to a street party in Nashville. During the show he thanked the crowd for an incredible year and for helping his first three singles hit No. 1. Plus, Montevallo is certified-GOLD, and he is nominated for three CMA Awards, including Best New Artist, Single of the Year and Song of the Year. He’s also performing at the show.
To really thank his fans for a great year, Sam brought out another artist who has had a huge couple of months– Cam. The two sang her smash hit, “Burning House” for the crowd and nailed it. Besides having rhyming names, Sam and Cam also released music videos featuring burning houses in the same week.
This week Sam re-issued his acoustic mixtape Between the Pines for fans, too.
Before the night was over Sam played his fiery-hot single, “Breakup in a Small Town.”
