RaeLynn recently shared a heartfelt note with fans that her husband, Josh Davis, was heading off to boot camp for basic training.
Josh has been gone for a month now, as RaeLynn has been touring the country with best friend and mentor Blake Shelton, but we caught up with her, as she shared her thoughts on what it's like to be a supportive military wife.
RaeLynn shared, "he's doing great, we're pen pals right now. He'll be there for another month and half... it's been hard, I haven't gotten to hear his voice... I miss him really bad, but he's doing what he loves and I'm so proud of him."
RaeLynn's debut album WILDHORSE is set for release on March 24. The album details the story of the young artist's life following her time on NBC's "The Voice," 4 years that have seen her move to Nashville, release hit songs like “God Made Girls," and get married. Produced by Jimmy Robbins and Nicolle Galyon, RaeLynn co-wrote 11 of the album's 12 tracks, including the powerful first single, “Love Triangle," a divorce ballad told from the point of view of a little girl.
